May brings with it a chill in the air and the start of a feeling of hibernation. Fruit and veges start to become more hearty and earthy as Winter comes closer and closer.

You’ll also be able to start enjoying delicious roasted vegetable – beetroot, parsnips, pumpkin and butternut squash are key flavours to enjoy. Fruit wise – pears, passionfruit and the delectable Feijoa is still around, so make the most of them! We’ve been enjoying them in our yummy Feijoa smoothie too.
