This week we say hello to February and all its seasonal delights.
On the fruit side of things, keep an eye out for passionfruit, pears and rock melons coming in to season, as well as blackcurrants and raspberries which are sure to satisfy your sweet cravings.
You’ll find the supermarkets full of courgettes (or zucchini), cabbage and capsicums – as well as beans, beetroot and broccolini becoming seasonal favourites. We can’t wait to fill our plates with these great veges, and get some zoodles (zucchini noodles) back in our meal plans!
